I'm just glad it's them in charge

George Obama, the half-brother of U.S. President Barack Obama, has been arrested by Kenyan police on a charge of possession of marijuana, police said Saturday.

In his memoir, "Dreams from My Father," Barack Obama describes meeting George as a "painful affair." Barack Obama's trip to Kenya meant meeting family he had never known.

At least we're thinking

Who, exactly, are we fighting?

The Muckraker Report's Ed Haas spoke with Rex Tomb, Chief of Investigative Publicity for the FBI in June 2006:
When asked why there is no mention of 9/11 on Bin Laden's Most Wanted web page, Tomb said, "The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on Usama Bin Laden's Most Wanted page is because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11."Surprised by the ease in which this FBI spokesman made such an astonishing statement, I asked, "How this was possible?" Tomb continued, "Bin Laden has not been formally charged in connection to 9/11." I asked, "How does that work?" Tomb continued, "The FBI gathers evidence. Once evidence is gathered, it is turned over to the Department of Justice. The Department of Justice than decides whether it has enough evidence to present to a federal grand jury. In the case of the 1998 United States Embassies being bombed, Bin Laden has been formally indicted and charged by a grand jury. He has not been formally indicted and charged in connection with 9/11 because the FBI has no hard evidence connected Bin Laden to 9/11."

Anyone who accurately describes the biochemical effects of their herbal or nutritional products is immediately branded a criminal by the FDA

Effectively, it is illegal in America to tell the truth about nutritional products that you sell. The statements made by Heuer on the Cocoon Nutrition website are technically factual and accurate. But they are not LEGAL to make in America because Free Speech is routinely oppressed by the FDA and FTC. Telling the truth in America is enough to get you locked up in federal prison; especially if you dare to inform people about natural cures that might take revenues away from the drug companies.

Anyone who accurately describes the biochemical effects of their herbal or nutritional products is immediately branded a criminal by the FDA and subject to arrest at gunpoint. Read the history of FDA raids on vitamin companies here: http://www.naturalnews.com/021791.html

Barack Obama just announced to the world that being a thief is no barrier to running the U.S. Treasury Department

I suppose the silver lining under this dark cloud is that for the next four years we can all count on mercy from the IRS. If we fail to pay our taxes and we're caught, I suppose we can all count on getting the Giethner treatment. I'm sure he will give us all the kind of grace he got.

The Clinton scandals never end (nor begin, according to the Senate)

A formal complaint has been filed with the U.S. Senate Ethics Committee over the refusal by the Foreign Relations Committee to investigate a wide range of scandals, including "Chinagate" and "Filegate," in Sen. Hillary Clinton's past while she was questioned for her appointment to secretary of state.
