Welcome to Collin County, Texas

"If anyone had any doubt that the Texas justice system operates in a parallel universe, look no further than the latest decision by the state's highest court in the case of death-row inmate Charles Dean Hood. On Wednesday the Court of Criminal Appeals (CCA) said it wasn't interested in examining whether there was a conflict of interest in Hood's 1990 trial simply because District Attorney Thomas S. O'Connell Jr., Hood's prosecutor, had had a long-term sexual relationship with presiding Judge Verla Sue Holland, an affair the two tried to hide for 20 years."

Unconfirmed report of foreign invasion

... On July 29, 2009 the Q-Files was informed by a local source that a group of 40 South American Military troops ordered at rifle point, landowners near Eureka, Montana off their own land. The South American troops then hung dummies from trees on part of the property and did bayonet drills on the dummies for over an hour. They apparently left some of the dummies hanging as a calling card reminder. The landowners were said to be extremely fearful for their lives ...

Judge: Swine flu good reason to suspend constitutional rights
Larry Welborn
Orange County Register
Wed, 29 Jul 2009 13:25 UTC
Santa Ana, California - A Superior Court judge ruled Tuesday that there is legal justification to keep the Central Men's Jail under medical quarantine - at least for a couple of days - to control a swine flu outbreak.

Judge Thomas Goethals said the "significant medical public health event" in the men's jail is good cause to temporarily suspend constitutional guarantees to speedy trials, preliminary hearings and arraignments for some criminal case defendants.

It's for your own protection!

Police can use force to compel hurricane evacuation

Rolling Stone Magazine - China's All-Seeing Eye

[From Issue 1053 — May 29, 2008]
Police State 2.0 might not look good from the outside, but on the inside, it appears to have passed its first major test.

"Come help us spy!" the Chinese government has said to the world. And the world's leading technology companies are eagerly answering the call.

The global homeland-security business is now worth an estimated $200 billion — more than Hollywood and the music industry combined. Any sector of that size inevitably takes on its own momentum. New markets must be found — which, in the Big Brother business, means an endless procession of new enemies and new emergencies: crime, immigration, terrorism.

China is becoming more like us in very visible ways (Starbucks, Hooters, cellphones that are cooler than ours), and we are becoming more like China in less visible ones (torture, warrantless wiretapping, indefinite detention, though not nearly on the Chinese scale).

This is using food as a cover for martial law

Hey, people, the move towards police state is quickening ... Here is an article on the "food safety" bill that points out the martial law provisions:

* HR 2749 would give FDA the power to order a quarantine of a geographic area, including “prohibiting or restricting the movement of food or of any vehicle being used or that has been used to transport or hold such food within the geographic area.”

[This - "that has been used to transport or hold such food" - would mean all cars that have ever brought groceries home or any pickup someone has eaten take-out in, so this means ALL TRANSPORTATION can be shut down under this. This is using food as a cover for martial law.]

Under this provision, farmers markets and local food sources could be shut down, even if they are not the source of the contamination. The agency can halt all movement of all food in a geographic area.

[This is also a means of total control over the population under the cover of food, and at any time.] See this DailyKos entry.

9/11 FEMA VIDEOGRAPHER AT GROUND ZERO GOES PUBLIC

Any right-thinking individual knows that the "official" 9/11 story is hogwash. Here's more proof:
As official videographer for the U.S. government, Kurt Sonnenfeld was detailed to Ground Zero on September 11, 2001, where he spent one month filming 29 tapes: "What I saw at certain moments and in certain places ... is very disturbing!"
...
I learned that FEMA and several other federal agencies had already moved into position at their command center at Pier 92 on September 10th, one day before the attacks!
...
We are asked to believe that all four of the “indestructible” black boxes of the two jets that struck the twin towers were never found because they were completely vaporized, yet I have footage of the rubber wheels of the landing gear nearly undamaged
...
When the North Tower fell, the US Customs House (Building 6) was crushed and totally incinerated. Much of the underground levels beneath it were also destroyed. ... At the far end of the security office was the wide steel door to the vault, a combination code keypad in the cinderblock wall beside it. But the wall was cracked and partially crumbled, and the door was sprung partially open. So we checked inside with our flashlights. Except for several rows of empty shelves, there was nothing in the vault but dust and debris. It had been emptied. Why was it empty? And when could it have been emptied?

National Prison Rape Elimination Commission report released

You are more likely to be raped by the staff than by another inmate. Another victory for a police state.
The report is here.
Some excerpts:
"More prisoners reported abuse by staff than abuse by other prisoners: 2.9 percent of respondents compared with about 2 percent.
...
Even when prisoners are willing to report abuse, their accounts are not necessarily taken seriously and communicated to appropriate officials within the facility. “When I told one of the guards I trusted how tired I was of putting up with abuse [by other youth in a Hawaii facility], he told me to just ignore it,” Cyryna Pasion told the Commission.
...
Victims and witnesses often are bullied into silence and harmed if they speak out. In a letter to the advocacy organization Just Detention International, one prisoner conveyed a chilling threat she received from the male officer who was abusing her: “Remember if you tell anyone anything, you’ll have to look over your shoulder for the rest of your life.”
...
Rates of sexual abuse appear to be much higher for confined youth than they are for adult prisoners."

Don't forget, our (true) history has been surpressed

Some would say this is "conspiracy stuff" but the truth is, our government has been taken over by a clique of black-robed thieves. The constitution contains a prohibition against "titles of nobility" but the courts ruled that there was no penalty included, thus this part of the constitution could be ignored. So, the states passed an amendment to correct that "oversight", but then the actual amendment was surpressed! See the whole story at:

In order to have a "true" police state, the courts must aquiesce

We are there now! Proof would be if the Supreme Court does nothing!
"A former prosecutor confirmed that the U.S. Attorneys' office has a rubber stamp with the signature of the grand jury foreman in its office, which is often used on superseding indictments in lieu of actually reconvening a grand jury. That action would constitute fraud on its face, fraud from the inducement, and require not only that the case be overturned but that the prosecutors involved in this corruption be prosecuted and disbarred. .... Grand jury secrecy only works if it is not abused. Yet in the United States, it is abused routinely. ; Once again the government has taken a system that was designed to protect the American people, and turned it into a fraudulent scheme to obtain bonuses for U.S. attorneys who win cases."

Rosenberg said there's more going on in the United States than many believe want to believe.

The nation's "basic system of gathering evidence and sorting it later is really dangerous," he said. "It's permanent. It's not going to go away."

In an Electronic Police State, every surveillance camera recording, every e-mail you send, every Internet site you surf, every post you make, every check you write, every credit card swipe

, every cell phone ping… are all criminal evidence, and they are held in searchable databases, for a long, long time," the report said.

Swine flu is the Police State trigger?

If the outbreak indeed turns into a global pandemic, as WHO seems to think, we can expect not only quarantines, but the imposition of martial law in the United States. In fact, the government has planned for just such a scenario for some time now.
...
As Michel Chossudovsky wrote in 2005, the “hidden agenda consists in using the threat of a pandemic and/or the plight of a natural disaster as a pretext to establish military rule” and “suspend Constitutional government and allow the Military to intervene in civilian affairs in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.”
...
(The) new flu strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon. The UN expert believes that Ebola, HIV/AIDS, and the current A-H1N1 swine flu virus are biological warfare agents.
...

Meanwhile, in the United States, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has instituted “passive surveillance” of travelers entering the country.

....

On Friday the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said it was too late to contain the swine flu outbreak in the United States.

OKC Bombing was a foreign conspiracy - aided by McVeigh and Nichols

David Schippers, the chief counsel for the 1998 impeachment trial of President Clinton, probed the bombing with investigative reporter Jayna Davis, author of "The Third Terrorist: The Middle Eastern Connection to the Oklahoma City Bombing", by WND Books. Davis asserts McVeigh and Terry Nichols were not the lone conspirators but part of a greater scheme involving Islamic terrorists and at least one provable link to Iraq.

In the video, released by America's Truth Forum, Schippers says there's "no question the Oklahoma City bombing was a part of a state-sponsored attack on the heartland of the United States."
"I have been asked about the Oklahoma bombing and whether there was any kind of federal cover-up. The simple and direct answer is yes," he said. "Unquestionably, a federal cover-up beginning in 1995 and continuing to today."

Yes, we're already a "fascist state"

The merger of corporate and government powers in modern America is plain and simple fascism, believes Gerald Celente, the founder of the Trends Research Institute and publisher of Trends Journal.

And now we give money to the people that make the auto parts. And now there’s talk about the technology companies, wanting their piece of the action. Who, exactly, are we fighting?

The Muckraker Report's Ed Haas spoke with Rex Tomb, Chief of Investigative Publicity for the FBI in June 2006:
When asked why there is no mention of 9/11 on Bin Laden's Most Wanted web page, Tomb said, "The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on Usama Bin Laden's Most Wanted page is because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11."Surprised by the ease in which this FBI spokesman made such an astonishing statement, I asked, "How this was possible?" Tomb continued, "Bin Laden has not been formally charged in connection to 9/11." I asked, "How does that work?" Tomb continued, "The FBI gathers evidence. Once evidence is gathered, it is turned over to the Department of Justice. The Department of Justice than decides whether it has enough evidence to present to a federal grand jury. In the case of the 1998 United States Embassies being bombed, Bin Laden has been formally indicted and charged by a grand jury. He has not been formally indicted and charged in connection with 9/11 because the FBI has no hard evidence connected Bin Laden to 9/11."
